Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are not able to accept returns for: 

*Custom or personalized orders

*Perishable Products

*Digital Downloads

*Intimate Items

Custom items may not be returned unless it is the error of the Shop. Please check all spelling before submitting names. Celebration Merch assumes no responsibility for misspelled names. All returns must be approved and have a pre-approved R/A number. Our offices must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order of any damages.
